Refund and Returns Policy

Product return and exchange
Products purchased from the online store can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product. If the size of the ordered product does not fit, it can be exchanged for another size of the same product. If we are unable to find the desired size for the product returned for exchange, we will notify you by email. If you want to exchange or replace a product, you must fill out the return form that comes with the shipment, where you can indicate the products to be exchanged or replaced and the new size you want in the case of an exchange.

It is not possible to return products with the product label with the product price, product name and product codes removed.

If possible, we recommend returning the products in the original transport packaging and all products to be returned within one order at the same time. The costs related to the return are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

The goods to be returned must be unused and undamaged.

Returning an incorrect or defective product
Please notify us immediately if the product does not match the image displayed in the e-shop or is defective, but no later than within 2 months of learning about the non-conformity or defect. It is possible to submit a claim by e-mail to the email address info@noraisle.com, where we ask you to indicate your contact details, the date of purchase, a description of the product defect and the claim to be submitted.

In the case of a wrong or defective product, please fill out the return form included with the shipment. Wear It Louder OÜ will refund you the costs incurred in posting the return. To do this, please keep the document you receive when you post it and send it to the e-mail address info@noraisle.com with the order number.
